    Description

One of a kind music memorabilia!
Half the proceeds donated to the Blues Foundation!
Chicago Blues Legend Eddy "the Chief" Clearwater's Original Costume Shirt.
Handmade by his wife and manager!
Blue satin brocade with white fringe around the shoulder front and back, at the sleeve cuffs (that snap close) as well as around the entire collar and collarbones.
Large, pointy, fold down collar features white, braded trim that also appears down the front, on either side of the large, white zipper that serves as closer.
Elaborate, white flower sequins and beads appear at the shoulders and down the front.
Condition: there are a few beads and sequins missing from the floral applique areas at the bottom center of the decorative panels at front - likely due to rubbing against the guitar when he played!  The right sleeve, along the bottom seam towards the center has a few, very small ink pen marks. There is also a very small section of light gray spots at center right of the zipper -- not visible unless pointed out.
    Shoulders 22"
    Sleeves 29"
    Chest across the front 58"
    Length, shoulder to hem 34"
Own a piece of Americana while donating to a worthy cause supporting Blues musicians.
